_**Rosier S.A. in Moustier (BE) and a location in Sas van Gent (NL) is a fertiliser manufacturer. The manufacturing company with over 250 employees specialises in the production of "customised" fertiliser. The products are sold through its own sales organisation to agricultural cooperatives and the art trade around the world. Rosier is part of the Yilfert holding company, belonging to the Yildirim Group.**_

**The Function**:
The Project Leader Rosier Group is responsible for providing technical expertise and technical solutions to improve plant performance and cost as well as product quality..

The role holder is the owner of the technical changes **at both locations**. He/she is responsible to
- maintain and secure execution of the Capex plan
- execute studies and projects both for the process plants and the site infrastructure
- manage the contracts with and the interface to the engineering partners and contractors
- propose technical improvements for improving plant performance, efficiency or product quality

**Area of responsibility**:

- Define, study and design projects, and ensure implementation from inception to commissioning and administrative closure.
- Secures that the project targets are met or exceeded and contribute accordingly to the KPIs of the group
- Provide technical and technological expertise to operations for plant and product improvements, product introductions, process development and troubleshooting
- Manages the local study and investment portfolio by securing adequate and competent resources to execute studies and projects successfully within the agreed schedule, at competitive cost and with the right quality

**People**:

- Defines together with Comdir and according to the asset development strategy the right quantity and competences of the local project teams.

**Skills**:

- **Education**_
- Master’s degree from acknowledged university, or equivalent, preferably in industrial engineering
- Mastery of French and English at business level, dutch is an advantage
- **Experience**_
- Min 5 years of experience in project management and/or operational/engineering environment
- Understanding of the industry, suppliers and customers
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and relevant process technologies
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects and monitoring complexity, diversity and risks
