Description du poste
En tant que Financial Controller, vous tenez la comptabilité d'Eurofiber NV conformément à la réglementation juridique et fiscale belge.
Vous rendez compte au Finance Director de Belgique et dirigez une équipe de 2 personnes. Au sein de l'équipe Finance en Belgique, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Business Controller et le Credit Controller. En outre, vous vous concertez régulièrement avec les collègues de Finance de notre quartier général aux Pays-Bas.
**Responsabilités**
- Vous êtes responsable de la clôture mensuelle exacte, complète et ponctuelle d'Eurofiber NV.
- Vous préparez les comptes annuels et le rapport annuel et veillez à ce qu'ils soient déposés en temps utile.
- Vous veillez au respect de toutes les obligations fiscales légales, telles que les déclarations mensuelles à la TVA, les déclarations fiscales et les déclarations au précompte immobilier.
- Vous dirigez les audits financiers, collectez les informations requises à cet effet et en discutez avec les auditeurs.
- Vous optimisez les processus financiers et les alignez sur les besoins de l'organisation.
- Vous êtes le « key-user » financier et défendez les intérêts de Finance Belgique en ce qui concerne l'interface entre Salesforce (CRM) et Exact Globe (logiciel comptable).
- Vous entretenez des contacts avec des partenaires externes tels que réviseurs d'entreprises, conseillers fiscaux, banques et autres organismes officiels.
- Vous coordonnez et soutenez le processus de facturation afin que les clients soient facturés correctement et en temps utile.

**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de master à orientation économique, complété par une expérience d'au moins 5 ans.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des IFRS ainsi que de la législation fiscale et en matière de TVA.
- Vous faites preuve de précision et vous avez l’esprit analytique et le souci du détail.
- Vous avez un esprit d’équipe communicatif.
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe.
- Vous maîtrisez très bien le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
