Het development team ondersteunt diverse uitdagende bedrijfsprocessen van Jan De Nul. Via aangekochte en zelf ontwikkelde software spelen we in op de noden van het bedrijf. Om samen met ons team van Analisten en applicatie Developers verder de business software ondersteuning voor de centrale diensten, werven en schepen uit te bouwen zijn we op zoek naar een **Senior/Lead Software Developer**.
Jouw voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvat:

- Schrijven en testen (Unit Testing) van een kwaliteitsvolle code die voldoet aan de geldende standaarden en die de gewenste functionaliteit oplevert.
- Interpreteren van functionele specificaties en deze combineren met de technische architectuur om zo tot een concreet design te komen.
- Communiceren van het design op een efficiënte manier met alle betrokkenen: Technisch Architect, Functioneel Analist, Developers.
- Coachen van de Developers op vlak van het schrijven van een code, technische architectuur begrijpen en toepassen. Bieden van de nodige ondersteuning voor planning en werkopvolging.
- Garanderen van de kwaliteit van de opgeleverde code door regelmatig code reviews te doen, feedback te geven aan de Developers en verbeteringen voor te stellen en op te volgen.
- In samenwerking met de Technical Architect een omgeving opstellen die efficiënt het team development ondersteunt, met o.a. een gepaste source control (GIT) en branching strategie, de nodige build/release scrips (Azure Devops), bug-tracking (Jira) etc.
- Je rapporteert aan de Senior Team Lead ICT Development.

**Profiel**:
Je bent gepassioneerd door ontwikkeling en je bezit een bachelordiploma in een informaticarichting optie Programmeren. Je hebt minimum 5 jaar werkervaring. Je hebt kennis van.NET (Core) C#, webontwikkeling (Blazor, Angular) en RESTful webservices (ASP.NET Web API), alsook van SQL en stored procedures. Kennis van offline applicaties, winforms, data synchronisatie, scripting (javascript, powershell,...), reporting (Power BI, Crystal Reports), Continuous Integration met Azure Devops en architecturale principes zoals SOA is een pluspunt. Je bent in staat om analyses gemaakt met modelleertalen zoals UML te interpreteren. Als Lead Developer ben je sterk communicatief, probleemoplossend en in staat om een team te begeleiden en te coachen.

Je werkt lokaal vanuit onze ICT-organisatie in Hofstade/Aalst en kan rekenen op een marktconforme verloning en extralegaal pakket inclusief de mogelijkheid tot het leasen van een wagen.
