**What You'll Do**:

- Perform analysis of the functional and non-functional (ex. legal) requirements the new features: connections to external partners, improvements, and updates of existing connections
- Work with official governmental/tax authority/regulatory documentation to elucidate the requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to clearly define what will be considered in and out of scope for the project and ensuring all project team members and stakeholders understand the impacts if any and obtain all necessary sign-offs
- Be the main point of contact for Delivery Team in fielding questions/concerns regarding requirements and assisting the team in developing their test plans
- Be the main point of contact for other internal Billtrust Teams in fielding questions/concerns as it relates to the build of how to support a customer’s in-scope requirements
- Support and analyze the feasibility of presales and sales opportunities where necessary
- Assist in managing product backlog initiatives, epics, user stories, and cross-product dependencies
- Evaluate new and existing feature enhancement requests to help to estimate the effort, understand the impact and technical feasibility
- Provide internal and external stakeholders with the appropriate guidance and direction with regards to roadmap priority
- Work closely with Product team and other stakeholders to understand the business objectives and actual results of the work
- Collaborate with Dev/QA leads during product development
- Works cross functionally with other Product Owners and departments to unblock dependencies and deliver on larger product goals
- Work with product marketing and technical writers to assist with communication, marketing, training and end-user documentation
- Persona test new features throughout the release and coordinate tests prior to release go live with internal stakeholders

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 3-5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to successfully manage product backlog in a fast paced, product centric environment
- Experience with global SAAS products/solutions
- Technically sound with experience in data analysis (Excel, SQL) and adept at working with highly technical teams
- End-to-end experience across product management, program/PMO, customer engagement, product analytics, and serving as a liaison with key customers to further evolve and differentiate company offerings
- Experience with self-directed data analysis across various domains (Product Usage, Customer Segmentation, P&L, Salesforce CRM, etc); experience building dashboards and understanding data models is a plus
- Understand and manage a P&L statement
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work directly with clients in user forum, round table, or customer outreach sessions
- Ability to lead release activities from analysis through to implementation
- Ability to plan for the future strategy while maintaining the current delivery model
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
