**Description de l'emploi**
Fonction **:Assurer la préparation, la coordination et la mise en œuvre efficace de projets afin de réaliser les objectifs prédéterminés d’un chantier selon les exigences fixées en termes de délai, budget, qualité, sécurité **
Notre **PROJECT MANAGER techniques spéciales** assure la gestion technique, administrative et financière et la préparation technique des lots liés aux techniques spéciales (HVAC, électricité, ascenseurs, sanitaire, etc ).
De façon non-exhaustive, les** tâches **peuvent être:
- s’assurer que les travaux sont effectués en respectant le planning, le budget **et avec une qualité conforme aux prescriptions**:
- **vérification des plans**:
- élaboration des dossiers techniques / fiches techniques
- **lever les problèmes d’exécution et proposer des alternatives**:
- consultation de fournisseurs et sous-traitants ; demande des offres de prix et les comparer, à la fois en termes techniques et financiers
- suivi et contrôle des sous-traitants pour la qualité des travaux effectués et le respect du planning
- **tenue à jour de la liste des plans et des fiches techniques**:
- **faire des métrés et des états d'avancement**:
- **réaliser les réceptions et les mises en service en présence des sous-traitants**
**Le profil**
- Vous avez au moins un diplôme supérieur en lien avec la construction
- Vous possédez des connaissances techniques dans divers domaines (HVAC, électricité, sanitaire, etc) ainsi que des connaissances administratives et financières
- Quelques années d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction
- Travailler dans un environnement bilingue (FR/NL) ne vous fait pas peur
- Capacité d'analyse
- Vous travaillez de manière orientée vers les solutions et vous êtes capable de gérer, de faire face et de résoudre des situations inattendues et des problèmes complexes sur la base de votre expérience et de vos connaissances
- Vous êtes capable de donner des instructions claires à vos coéquipiers
- Vous êtes capable de décider.
- Vous êtes orienté client en le guidant de manière ciblée et en étant capable de lui proposer la meilleure solution.
- Vous vous engagez dans votre entreprise, vous vous identifiez aux objectifs communs et mettez la coopération au premier plan.
