Yisual is een gebruiksvriendelijk online platform waarmee ruim 2500+ bedrijven in zowel binnen
- als buitenland web en print media maken, beheren en bestellen. We zijn momenteel actief in Nederland, België en Frankrijk. Yisual groeit snel en is in Nederland en België marktleider in het verzorgen van vastgoedpromotie. Deze groei willen wij graag doorzetten.
We hebben jou nodig om onze support afdeling te versterken. Je staat de klanten te woord via telefoon en mail. Daarnaast noteer je alles nauwkeurig in het CRM-systeem.
**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je brengt wensen van (franstalige) klanten in beeld en biedt hen assistentie
- Je beantwoordt (franstalige) vragen die binnenkomen per mail of telefoon
- Je noteert belangrijke informatie in het crm-systeem
- Je neemt deel aan de vergaderingen van het support team

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Je kunt op hoog niveau Franstalige klanten te woord staan
- Je bent benaderbaar, representatief en helpt graag;
- Je bent nauwkeurig met gegevens;
- Je beschikt over een relevant MBO of HBO diploma;
- Je kunt goed zelfstandig aan de slag;
- Ervaring in customer support is een pré;
- Ervaring met de grafische programma’s van Adobe is een pré.
