**Accounts Receivable Accountant**:
- Ter versterking van ons financiële team zoeken wij een nauwkeurige en gemotiveerde Accounts Receivable Accountant**Ben jij gepassioneerd door voetbal en cijfers? Als professionele voetbalclub zijn wij actief in een sector die financieel sterk gereguleerd is. Gelet op de licentievoorwaarden moet het financieel departement kort op de bal spelen en erover waken dat onze financiële en boekhoudkundige transacties in volledige overeenstemming zijn met het regelgevend kader. Dit werk naast het voetbalterrein is cruciaal om RSCA te kunnen laten presteren als topclub op het voetbalterrein.**
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:
- Je verwerkt de verkoopfacturen en volgt de tijdige en correcte inning van openstaande facturen op
- Je volgt betalingsherinneringen en -regelingen op
- Je staat in voor de verwerking van financiële transacties
- Je voert maandelijkse reconciliaties van debiteurenrekeningen uit
- Je voert diverse analyses en rapportages uit en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van de master data
- Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen om een vlotte financiële administratie te waarborgen
- Je houdt klantengegevens up-to-date
- Je assisteert bij de interne en externe audit
- Je bent de contactpersoon voor klanten bij vragen of problemen
- Je werkt actief mee aan ad-hoc projecten
- Je rapporteert aan de financieel manager & CFO over debiteurenstanden en mogelijke risico's
WAT VERWACHTEN WE VAN JOU?
- Een diploma in accountancy of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Uitstekende kennis van MS Office, met name Excel
- Je hebt een analytische mindset en bent resultaatgericht
- Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar, gedreven en in staat om zelfstandig te werken
- Kennis van Frans, Nederlands én Engels
