**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Client Administrator bij Infino zul je
- Dossiers **nauwkeurig** behandelen en opvolgen in je portefeuille, zodat iedereen tijdig krijgt waar ze recht op hebben.
- **Opleidingen** volgen om je kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je verdiepen in de **wetgeving** om de vragen rond het Groeipakket correct te beantwoorden en streven naar een steeds up-to-date kennis hiervan.
- Gezinnen **correct** **informeren**, zowel telefonisch, per mail als via het loket, en ervoor zorgen dat ze elk gesprek met een glimlach afsluiten.
- Je collega's ondersteunen waar nodig, naast het beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille. **Teamwork** staat namelijk centraal

**Functie vereisten**:
Als Client Administrator ben je iemand die
- **Analytisch** is en een kritische blik werpt op de wetgeving om deze nauwkeurig toe te passen in je dossiers, terwijl je bereid bent om een grote hoeveelheid materie te leren en je inzet voor **levenslang** **leren**.
- Sterk is in **klantencontact** en in staat is om gezinnen correct te adviseren en te helpen met hun vragen en problemen.
- **Stressbestendig** is en ervoor zorgt dat dossiers tijdig worden afgehandeld.
- Niet terugdeinst om je kennis van **Frans** en Engels te gebruiken, zodat je alle klanten kunt helpen.
- Verschillende **PC-toepassingen** snel onder de knie heeft.

**Vergoedingen**:
Bij Infino durven wij **samen te groeien**. Daarom wordt er geïnvesteerd in jouw professionele en persoonlijke **ontwikkeling**, dankzij gerichte **opleidingen**. Het loon bespreken we graag in een persoonlijk gesprek. Dit wordt alvast aangevuld met tal van extralegale voordelen:

- Je krijgt een contract van **onbepaalde** duur (38u) met de mogelijkheid van **flexibele** werkuren.
- Bij een voltijdse tewerkstelling heb je naast je wettelijk verlof recht op **6 ADV** dagen op jaarbasis. Bijkomend krijg je nog **5 extra Infino** dagen.
- Je ontvangt een vergoeding voor jouw **woon-werk verkeer**.
- Daarnaast krijg je bij een voltijdse tewerkstelling **maaltijdcheques** van €8/dag, **ecocheques** van €250 en **cadeaucheques** van €40 op jaarbasis.
- We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een **hospitalisatieverzekering** en een **groepsverzekering**.
- Via ons **cafetariaplan** stel je deels jouw eigen loonpakket samen. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid tot het leasen van een fiets of wagen, aankoop van een smartphone of tablet, terugbetaling van een GSM-abonnement of internet thuis etc.
- Je werkt vanuit het Infino kantoor te **Gent**. Na de inwerkperiode mag je geregeld van thuis werken. Dit wordt vergoed met een forfaitaire **thuiswerkvergoeding** van €80 euro/maand.
