Als **Payroll & Administration Officer **sta je in voor volgende taken:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **payroll **van bedienden.
- Je beheert het **tijdsregistratiesysteem **(ProTime) en verzorgt de administratie rond personeelsdossier.
- Je **beantwoordt vragen **van werknemers in verband met payroll en sociale wetgeving.
- Je staat in voor de opmaak van **sociale documenten.**:

- Je verwerkt** binnenkomende mails en post **en staat in nauw contact met de boekhouding.
- Je staat in voor de **administratie **van groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekeringen, thematisch verlof, fietsleasing,...

**Profiel**:
Als **Payroll & Administration Officer**:

- heb je minimum 2 jaar ervaring bij een **sociaal secretariaat** of op een HR-afdeling als **Payroll Officer.**:

- ben je vertrouwd met de **loonverwerking
- en tijdsregistratiesystemen.**:

- heb je een goede kennis van Protime en Excel.
- heb je een goede kennis van de **sociale wetgeving** en de **arbeidsreglementering**.
- is kennis van de **regelgeving **in PC 226, 307, 200, 207 en 211 een pluspunt.
- ben je **discreet**, nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en kan je servicegericht werken.
- heb je een sterk **aanpassingsvermogen **en ben je **stressbestendig**.
