**John Cockerill SA - Context of need**:
John Cockerill Hydrogen, the Division responsible for Hydrogen solutions is the world leader in water electrolysis. With the largest number of large-scale references, we are rapidly expanding our business worldwide to fulfill the ambitious goals of the many countries wanting to reach a carbon neutral economy. This involves large investments in research and development, new manufacturing facilities and partnerships with key actors.
In order to sustain its leadership position and worldwide deployment in this fast-moving market, John Cockerill Hydrogen is recruiting a Partnership Development Manager to support its growth.
**Main duties**:
The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible, as project manager, for the development of the Joint Venture for the production of electrolyzers dedicated to the production of green hydrogen.
He/she will manage and interact with numerous internal (other John Cockerill entities, manufacturing, legal, business developer) and external (developer, supplier, subcontractor) stakeholders to ensure the success of his/her assignments. More specifically:
- Support the deployment process of our hydrogen activities worldwide including negotiations leading to partnership/JV agreement
- In coordination with the John Cockerill Hydrogen manufacturing team and other Group stakeholders, manage the definition, elaboration and implementation of electrolyzers giga factories with joint-venture Partners
- Work closely with John Cockerill legal team and other services to set up JV agreements
- Together with the rest of the team, build the strategy for Partnerships worldwide
- More generally, lead and coordinate actions until Joint Ventures are fully operational Master's degree in engineering
Strong spirit of entrepreneurship and the ability to make very different people stakeholders together to achieve successful outcomes
**Experience**: 5+ years, with a solid project management ability
Strong leadership et management skills; ability to balance et prioritize competing interests.
Plant manufacturing experience
Demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships quickly
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to cultivate business and personal relationships with partners
Ability to interact professionally and collegially with cross-functional internal teams
Entrepreneurial and result oriented
Ability to travel to visit partners or potential partners, or other travel to support business needs
**Languages**: English, French ; other languages are a plus
