**What's the role**:
You will have many responsibilities to develop the digital future within Hilti. You will be responsible for planning, executing & optimizing digital marketing campaigns with focus on engaging & acquiring new customers. Furthermore, your creativity knows no limits and you love to create out-of-the-box content to engage with the customers through Social media & Marketing mails. In addition, you also put this creativity at good use in supporting projects of your Marketing colleagues.

**What does the role involve?**:
**Digital marketing:
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging text, image and video content for Social Media / Campaigns / Marketing Mailing.
- Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns across various digital channels.
- Set up creative initiatives and implementation of actions to grow the engagement rate of Campaigns / Marketing Mailing.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and to create buzz around new products.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of the actions carried out to propose action plans, corrective actions, evolutions.
- Project management (creative studio production, influence campaigns, etc.)
**Engagement Marketing**:
- Implement engagement marketing flows for BeLux. This is the follow-up from A to Z of the new campaign.
- Together with the global team and the regional project manager, you review the roll-out of the campaign, ensure correct translations of the campaign (French and Dutch) and make sure the campaign is fully tested before going live.
- Provide training to the customer service team and the account managers so that they are aware of the new campaign and what is expected of them.
- Continuously evaluate the campaign (monitor and manage the digital campaigns): is the digital campaign running well? Make adjustments and report (performance review).

**What you need is**:
- Min. a Bachelor degree, specialised in (Digital) Marketing with an equivalent experience of min. 2 years within an agency or a recognized brand
- A creative/out-of-the box mindset is a must
- Experience in creating and optimizing paid campaigns on Social Media & Google
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign software
- Strong linguistic skills (Dutch, French & English)
- Writing skills and excellent spelling
- Ability to create a roadmap and work according to plan
