**IT Infra End Users Engagement Lead**

We are looking for **IT Infra End Users Engagement Lead** who is a natural strong communicator, with an innovative and enthusiastic mindset, to come join our fantastic **IT Services team in** **IT Infrastructure department, **based in** Belgium.**

As **IT Infra End Users Engagement Lead** you are responsible of the IT services catalog in the self-service platform (MyWorkplace), covering end users and back-end services. You connect with IT and business stakeholders to continuously improve user experience and promote self-services channel adoption. You act as a business analyst to translate requirements, building a bridge between the business and IT.

**You will** **contribute** **by**:

- Owning the self-services catalog (MyWorkplace) covering end users and back-end services
- Managing the IT / Business demand and control quality delivered by external partner
- Acting as a business analyst to translate requirements
- Driving and promoting the IT Services & Infrastructure strategy amongst all stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement of the platform by listening to the “voice of the customer”
- Using your strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem resolution skills to lead key initiatives / projects
- Playing the role of IT Softwares owner for “corporate” software’s

**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and skills**:

- Experience in IT Services Management (ITSM) platform like ServiceNow or ITSM
- Interest in new technologies trends in Services management and more specifically in “user experience”
- Experience in managing IT projects
- Experience in software management process
- Ability to plan and understand OPEX/ CAPEX mechanism
- Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues (SMEs) and clients both at a high-level and at a technical level
- Ability to develop productive business relationships with internal team members through cooperation, courtesy, and professionalism
