Benelux Food Group, sinds 2019 approved Franchise Partner van KFC, zal de komende jaren het merk KFC mee verder uitbouwen binnen Vlaanderen, Brussel en Nederland. **Gemotiveerde manager voor KFC Hasselt**:
- Als Shiftmanager geef je dagelijks leiding aan 7 tot 25 teamleden. Naast het aansturen van het team ben je operationeel actief op de werkvloer. Je zorgt voor een fantastische werksfeer en tegelijkertijd coach je medewerkers op de kwaliteit van hun werkzaamheden en op houding en gedrag. Je bent in jouw shift eindverantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van onze medewerkers en gasten, het beschermen van de eigendommen van KFC en het naleven van onderstaande kerntaken.-
- Je verzorgt een aangename werksfeer en coacht medewerkers op de kwaliteit van hun werk, hun werkhouding en attitude.
- Daarnaast ben je zelf operationeel mee actief op de werkvloer.
- Je hebt kennis van het HACCP gebeuren en gaat hier dan ook op de juiste manier mee om.
- In deze functie sta je in voor volgende verantwoordelijkheden (afgekort als CHAMPS):
- **Cleanliness**: Je verzekert de orde en netheid binnen het restaurant.
**Hospitality**: Klantenbeleving staat voor jou en je team steeds centraal.
**Accuracy**: Je ziet toe op een stipte naleving van alle procedures.
**Maintenance**: Je zorgt voor het onderhoud van het restaurant en onderneemt actie waar nodig.
**Product Quality**: Je garandeert verse, warme producten. Altijd, zonder uitzondering.
**Speed of Service**: Je verzorgt een vlotte en vriendelijke klantenservice.
**Functie-eisen**:
- Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de horeca en/of retail sector;
- Je beheerst zeer goed de Nederlandse taal. Andere talen zijn zeker pluspunten (Engels, Frans);
- Je hebt van nature de neiging om mensen te motiveren en erkenning te geven;
- Je bent een echte People Manager en hebt respect voor de mensen waar je mee samenwerkt;
- Je bent leergierig en brengt kennis makkelijk over op anderen;
- Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld;
- Je stelt klantgerichtheid en klantenbeleving steeds voorop;
