**Wat ga je doen?**

STAR is actief in de arbeidsbemiddeling in de industrie. Het team Operations verzorgt de administratieve en organisatorische processen ten aanzien van de in
- door
- en uitstroom van externe specialisten die we bemiddelen. Dit is een dynamische functie waar verschillende taken aan te pas komen:

- Het ondersteunen van de specialisten gedurende het volledige project. Je verstuurt het contract, zorgt voor de juiste veiligheidsmaterialen, voert instroom gesprekken, geeft hen de aandacht bij speciale gebeurtenissen, beheert het dossier en begeleidt tenslotte ook weer de uitstroom van de specialist;
- Daarbij zorg je voor een juiste administratieve verwerking in ons systeem;
- Het optreden als vraagbaak waarbij je de specialisten zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk te woord staat;
- Het bedienen van de front office waarbij je bezoekers en klanten en specialisten te woord staat, de telefoon aanneemt en facilitaire zaken regelt.

Als Operations Executive ben je een echte spin in het web en gebruik je jouw financiële, juridische en administratieve kennis om de externe medewerker zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden. Je doet dit alles samen met jouw collega’s van het Operations team, maar je zoekt ook collega’s van andere afdelingen op om het proces zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Je rapporteert hierbij aan de Operations Manager.

**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Je hebt je Beroepssecundair onderwijs afgerond
- Je kan zeer goed werken met MS Office
- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en hoewel je collegiaal bent, ga je graag zelfstandig te werk
- Je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel telefonisch als op schrift
- Je hebt sterke communicatie skills in het Nederlands én Engels
