**Introduction**:
Understanding your client is crucial for accurately portraying their ideas through visual representations. At Datashift, a fastgrowing consultancy team, we are actively seeking a **data visualization expert** who can assist our clients in bringing their concepts to life.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. In your role as a **data visualization expert**, you will be responsible for translating the vision of various business stakeholders at our clients and bring their different business needs to life with images and graphics. You will use your hands-on experience in visualisation to transform different needs and make them understandable and clear.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Understand client objectives and translate them effortlessly into attractive visuals and graphics. Have an eye for selecting the perfect colour palette, visualisation techniques and text to meet diverse business needs;
- Combine several data sources and types of data in order to make maximal use of data regarding ;
- Help clients gain actionable insights from their data by setting up meaningful customer dashboards, visuals, graphs ;
- Bring data ambitions and the targeted solutions to concrete first steps through images and visuals;
- Work together with Data Scientists, BI specialists and Business Consultants to deliver value to our customers;
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in data technology and actively participate in sharing your knowledge with your colleagues;
- Coach other data visualization experts.

**Your qualifications**:

- 3 years of experience in speaking with and understanding the need of clients;
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience with visualization tools as Power BI and/or Tableau and/or Qlik and/or Looker;
- Experience with Python is a plus;
- Experience with SQL is a plus;
- Experience with R is a plus; Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
