**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the complete **SDLC**, from requirement gathering and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement and manage **ITIL processes**, including:
- Problem Management: Identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide expert guidance and support during the implementation of new systems or upgrades.
**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:
- Proven expertise in **SDLC** management and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of **ITIL frameworks**, with practical experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience as an Application Manager or in a similar role.
- Certifications in **ITIL** and/or project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with fluency in **Dutch** (mandatory) and English.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
