**Day Rate**: 650 to 700EurÂ
I am partnering with my leading Financial Services client who is currently looking for an IAM Specilist with a focus on Active Directory and Azure AD you will support the Security team in achieving its objectives of realising efficient and effective IAM processes and deliver expert support for the activities defined in the security improvement plan. 8-Month Rolling Contract Based in Brussels

You will help prepare and implement IAM processes and solutions that delivers on the companiies vision and obligations. At the same time, ensuring the company can focus on its business objectives and that the complexity of the IAM processes/solutions are proportionate to its size., as well as ensuring the organization embeds the IAM security controls in day-to-day operations.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
To manage and drive the improvements.
To perform an analysis of the current setup, identify the gaps with the overall IAM concept applied at Credendo, and create a plan to rectify the gaps.
To create target design and approach for on-premises AD and Azure AD
Contribute to the definition of effective and efficient end-to-end IAM processes across all teams and systems.
To manage and organize the clean-up in collaboration with the teams maintaining AD.
To help prepare and assist in a project to introduce an IAM software solution that fits with Credendoâs needs.
Must-Have
A pragmatic attitude towards information security and ICT in general
Good communication and collaboration skills
Proven implementation expertise for Identity and Access management processes and solutions with a focus on Active Directory and Azure AD,
A relevant track record of at least 5 years relevant work
Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch desirable
Be independent, results oriented, and thorough in examination and analysis
Adaptable to dynamic situations and proactive work ethic
Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with a clear experience focusing under pressure
Experience influencing stakeholders and partner teams, especially in collaborating with different individuals across the organization
Communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders and attention to detail
