**Description**
***:
- Je staat in voor de juiste **evaluatie en analyse van de operationele processen** van de organisatie, in functie van de vooropgestelde doelen;
- Je werkt nauw samen met **interne en externe stakeholders**, om processen efficiënt en nauwkeurig te laten opvolgen;
- Je voorziet de organisatie van een **gericht audit plan** met oog op evaluatie van risicopunten, waarbij financiële, operationele en organisatorische aandachtpunten worden geanalyseerd en geadviseerd;
- Je **assisteert en rapporteert** rechtstreeks **aan de CFO** & het management/auditcomité.
- Je analyseert, documenteert en nuanceert de huidige **interne controle processen** die (on)rechtstreeks effect hebben op de bedrijfsuitvoering;
- Je zorgt voor de opvolging van **voorraadtellingen** en rapportering hierover, inclusief zoeken naar optimalisaties, neerschrijven van procedures, geven van opleidingen;
- Je zal ook **periodieke risk-management oefeningen** met het Managementcomité voorbereiden, waarbij de top risico’s, en eventuele noodzakelijke te nemen acties worden gedefinieerd.
- Je zal minstens twee keer per jaar **buitenlandse reizen** maken (China & US).
**Profile**

- Je beschikt over master denk en werkniveau.
- Je bent **analytisch ingesteld** en kan financiële/business/IT processen kritische evalueren met het oog op risicocontrole;
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in interne audit, interne controle en/of procesoptimalisatie.
- Je bent **communicatief** ingesteld en kan jouw bevindingen goed argumenteren;
- Je bent **flexibel** en staat open om te **reizen**;
- Je denkt **proactief** na en geeft **gericht advies** waar nodig;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
