Voor onze klant te Brussel gaan we op zoek naar een Office Assistant Brussel. Het betreft een zeer gevarieerde functie
- **Receptionist(e)**: oproepen op algemeen nummer, ontvangst van leveranciers, klanten, post etc. beheer van bestellingen (koffie, soepen, enz.)
- **Facturatie**: Facturen invoeren
- **Administratie**: Alles mbt nieuwe collega's klaarzetten (badges, sleutels, logins,...)

- Bachelor/ Master
- Tweetalig NL/FR (schriftelijk en mondeling)
- Kennis van het MS Office pakket (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- Dynamisch, oog voor detail/stelt eigen werken in vraag & proactief
