Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een International Sales Admin. Je wordt een vaste waarde binnen ons International Business Development team, dat bestaat uit een 10-tal enthousiaste collega’s.
- ** You love a challenge? We got you** Jij verzorgt de volledige back-office sales administratie (verwerking van inkomende quotes en orders) en staat in nauw contact met onze Finance collega’s.
- **Ownership is your middle name.** Je houdt van autonomie en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid over de opvolging van A tot Z.
- **De beste mogelijke service verlenen heeft bij jou prioriteit. **Je zorgt dat de administratieve flow op wieltjes loopt en houdt de interne en externe klanten op de hoogte dankzij een vlotte communicatie.
- Je kan vlot om met softwarepakketten. Kennis van** Salesforce **is een pluspunt.
- **Protime groeit**. Enorm. Dat betekent dat jij je creatieve brein kan inzetten om mee na te denken over optimalisaties en changes in onze manier van aanpakken.
- **Je bent een bruggenbouwer.** Je zal een echte sparringpartner worden voor jouw collega's (Account Managers, Business Partner Managers, Finance,).

Veelzijdige functie? Inderdaad Wij zoeken dan ook een energieke Protimer voor **zo’n 28 à 40 uur per week**.

- Je bent een **dynamische** **administratieve duizendpoot **en hebt vooral zin om vol **enthousiasme** en **drive** bij ons erin te vliegen.
- Je hebt een **growth mindset**. Je voelt je thuis in een snel veranderende, internationale omgeving en wil er graag je steentje aan bijdragen.
- **Punctueel, kritisch **en **gefocust**: that’s you. Je beseft dat details het verschil maken in je job en dat nauwkeurig controleren noodzakelijk is.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en je gaat voor de ‘**extra mile**’ met een **extra ‘smile**’.
- **Kwaliteit, pro-activiteit** en **oplossingsgerichtheid** zijn doorslaggevend in jouw rol. Wanneer een proces (nog) niet duidelijk is, zet jij je tanden erin en ga je dit uitzoeken tot alles duidelijk is.
- Gezien de **internationale context**, verwachten we (naast het **Nederlands**) een perfecte kennis van het **Engels**. Kennis van andere Europese talen is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.
- **Taken combineren** zonder het overzicht te verliezen is voor jou naturel. Je kan makkelijk **input vanuit verschillende kanalen verwerken** en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
