We zijn actief op zoek naar een External & Internal Communication Manager voor ons hoofdkantoor in Waver

**Functie**:

- Als communicatiedeskundige bent u verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de interne en externe communicatiestrategie in coördinatie met de Groep PHOENIX.
- Je ontwikkelt geïntegreerde communicatiestrategieën.
- Je ontwerpt en implementeert vernieuwende en creatieve communicatiecampagnes ter ondersteuning van interne en externe initiatieven en projecten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk, voor de Belgische entiteiten van de Groep, voor "Employer Brandring" op sociale netwerken (inclusief contentcreatie) en voor het inzetten van de interne communicatietools ontwikkeld door de PHOENIX Groep.
- Je organiseert de jaarlijkse personeelsenquête en zorgt voor de opvolging van de acties.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol in het uitdragen en promoten van de bedrijfswaarden en milieuprojecten.

**Profiel**:

- Master in Business met specialisatie in communicatie of public relations
- 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels
- Bevoegdheid om complexe onderwerpen over te brengen aan een gevarieerd publiek
- Strategisch, resultaatgericht en sterke uitvoeringsvaardigheden
- Bevoegdheid om prioriteiten te beheren en tegelijkertijd te focussen op de oplevering van sleutelprojecten
- Teamspirit, het vermogen om in teamverband te werken en zowel intern als extern sterke relaties op te bouwen, sterke interpersoonlijke en beïnvloedingsvaardighedenProfessionalisme, vertrouwelijkheid
- Autonomie, initiatief en creativiteit
- Benaderen van sociale netwerken en digitale ontwikkelingen
