Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Data Product Owner** (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- De Data Product Owner is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de strategische visie en de end-to-end levenscyclus van een of meerdere Data Producten
- Hij/zij stuurt daarom een langlopend productteam aan (met leden uit de business en IT) om de realisatie van het Data Product te waarborgen
- Verfijnt de reikwijdte van het (de) Data Product(en) en hoe de gegevens moeten worden behandeld
- Begrijpt de behoeften van de klanten van de Data Product(en)
- Samen met de Data Owners van de betrokken domeinen definieert de DPO de SLA’s van de gegevens die hij aan de organisatie zal leveren. Deze SLA’s worden geformaliseerd door middel van gegevenscontracten die de diensten beschrijven die door het team worden aangeboden, een bepaalde volledigheid, correctheid,van de gegevens garanderen, aangeven met wie contact moet worden opgenomen in geval van een probleem en ook beveiligings
- en privacygegevens verstrekken, zoals de kriticiteit, vertrouwelijkheid,
- Beheert het budget voor de Data Product(en)
- Beheert de backlog van het productteam op basis van de verzoeken van consumenten, rekening houdend met bedrijfsprioriteiten
- Geeft statusupdates aan bestuursorganen en de gebruikers over de ontwikkeling van de verzoeken van de gebruikers
- Promoten van het product binnen het bedrijf en samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden om het product verder te ontwikkelen
- Samenwerken met inkoop in het kader van aanbestedingsprocessen
- Het belang van gegevensbeheer onder de aandacht brengen

Functie-eisen
- Diploma in bedrijfskunde, economie, informatica, techniek of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied
- Enkele jaren relevante ervaring als Product Owner in complexe omgevingen, bij voorkeur met een focus op dataproducten en/of de energie-industrie
- Algemeen begrip van data mesh
- Algemeen begrip van datatechnologieën (bv. databases, datawarehouses, analysetools, stream analytics, self-service benaderingen,) is een pluspunt
- Ervaring met Agile-ontwikkeling
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief over teams en niveaus van de organisatie heen te werken
- Stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden op het raakvlak tussen business en IT
- Sterke analytische en planningsvaardigheden
- Taalvaardigheden: Engels (C1); Frans of Nederlands zijn een pluspunt
