Om ons team van consultants in Brussel te versterken, kijken wij momenteel uit naar een
**'Junior Quality Officer' **(Automotive)
**. **Jouw takenpakket zal oa bestaan uit:
- Het afhandelen van klachten en het faciliteren van hun Root Cause Analyse
- Het uitsturen van klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken en het definiëren van verbeteracties in samenwerking met interne stakeholders/partners op basis van de resultatenanalyse
- Het deelnemen aan activiteiten ter verbetering van het QM-systeem en voorbereiding van ISO 9001-audits
- Het coördineren van de complimentenactiviteiten
- Het voorstellen van mogelijke procesverbeteringen op basis van data-analyse
- Het ondersteunen van interne stakeholders op het gebied van Quality
- Het ondersteunen van de implementatie van verbeteracties in lijn met de strategie en doelstellingen van de kwaliteitsafdeling
