**Vacancy**: ServiceNow Consultant - Brussels (Hybrid Work Model)

**Location**: Brussels, offering a flexible hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days in-office every week.

**Citizenship**: Open exclusively to EU citizens or non-EU nationals possessing a long-term work permit.

**Languages**: Demonstrated proficiency in Dutch, French, or English.

**About the Role**:
Step into the esteemed role of a ServiceNow Consultant and become an integral part of our delivery team for an eminent project in the Public Sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and deploy the Service Catalog, design intuitive workflows, establish an effective escalation model, and support groups. Your expertise will further shape the ITIL processes modules within ServiceNow and ensure strategic integrations with external systems.
- Assiduously administer and troubleshoot ServiceNow's interactions with our broad range of corporate systems.
- Oversee seamless ServiceNow releases and version upgrades, transitioning effectively from sub-production to production environments.
- Test and vet new features and functionalities to ensure robustness.
- Engage with users for adept incident management and request resolutions and collaborate with ServiceNow for optimum platform performance.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor/Master's degree rooted in IT.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Incident/Problem/change, and configuration processes for their effective implementation.
- Deep-seated knowledge of ITIL processes interrelationships, including the Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Unwavering commitment to pristine data quality.
- Stellar interpersonal prowess, underlined by your ability to foster team synergy and liaise effectively with technical and business personnel.
