**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions** is currently looking for a **Controlling Manager Benelux & Nordics **for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the **consulting sector**.

As **Controlling Manager Benelux & Nordics **you will be **responsible** for:

- Monitor the daily operations within the controlling department
- Maintain an active collaboration with the business organization, present monthly results, review the forecast and prepare specific analysis requested ad hoc
- Manage end-of-month reporting and forecasting and ensure that reporting to the group is done correctly and in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly analysis of the reporting package including P&L, KPI's development and deviations with forecast
- Prepare quarterly presentations of financial statements
- Drive improvement of financial processes
- Provide proactive recommendations and identify risks and opportunities for New Business projects
- Participate in the roll-out of projects related to the group's ERP
- Coordinate the budget process together with the management team

The required **profile** for the **Controlling Manager Benelux & Nordics **position:

- You have at least 7 years of experience in finance work;
- You have a well-proven leadership ability and the ability to effectively coordinate between departments ;
- You have a degree in economics (Master) and our client will appreciate to see that you have international experience ;
- Your knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advanced and you have a good knowledge in business systems, reporting systems and ERP´s ;
- You have a very good communicative ability and can communicate at all levels and cross-culturally. You have a strong problem-solving ability that shows the ability to take on new projects, you are analytical and independent.
- As a leader, our client is looking for you who are coaching and who has the ability to support and make other people grow in their roles. You are a practical and involved manager who enjoys working at both the operational and strategic level.
- You master good French and English in talking and writing.
