Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur immobilier.**

Les **responsabilités** principales du **Head of Controlling**:
Etablissement des reporting, budgets et forecasts en relation directe avec le Directeur Financier ;
- Supervision du contrôle de gestion pour la Belgique, le Luxembourg, les Pays-Bas, le Portugal et la France) ;
- Supervision et animation d'une équipe de 3 personnes ;
- Coordination des processus de clôture et de consolidation trimestriels en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de la comptabilité ;
- Contrôle budgétaire:

- Cycle annuel de contrôle budgétaire ;
- Kick-off meeting des nouveaux projets (définition code / nom du projet, identification des intervenants, partage des informations nécessaires à tous pour démarrer le projet) ;
- Mise en place du contrôle budgétaire des projets partenaires ;
- Mise en place du contrôle budgétaire des nouveaux pays ;
- Points de gestion projet avec les Project Managers:

- Revue des contrôles budgétaires, analyses, suivi et discussion avec les Project Managers ;
- Gestion des risques et opportunités sur les projets ;
- Définition des besoins d'amélioration des outils informatiques en relation avec les procédures internes (Analyses, solutions et mises en place) ;
- Aide et assistance dans le process d'acquisition, fusion, cession et vente de projets/sociétés.

Le **profil** requis pour le poste de **Head of Controlling**:

- Vous êtes universitaire ;
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 10 ans en audit et/ou contrôle de gestion avec une première expérience en consolidation;
- Vous avez une connaissance opérationnelle du français - du néerlandais et de l'anglais ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux, affectionnez le respect du détail, vous êtes méthodique et avez un esprit analytique, vous savez gérer le stress et les deadlines;
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous êtes autonome en regard des objectifs assignés tout en privilégiant le travail d'équipe ;
- Vous montrez un réel intérêt pour la promotion immobilière.
