We zoeken een ervaren aanvoerder om ons dynamische team te versterken. Als Head of Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van supportspecialisten die een uitzonderlijke klantenservice bieden aan onze klanten.
Met mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in telecomondersteuning heb je een bewezen staat van dienst in het leiden van een Support team naar succes. Je hebt een passie voor het verzekeren van eersteklas technische assistentie voor klanten, en je levert uitstekende resultaten.
**Verwacht je aan deze verantwoordelijkheden**:
- het beheren van en toezicht houden op het klantenondersteuningsteam;
- het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën en processen om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de ondersteunende diensten te verbeteren;
- het vaststellen van prestatiedoelstellingen en het opvolgen van de voortgang om deze te bereiken;
- het werven, de onboarding en het begeleiden van Support engineers, en het voeden van een omgeving waarin zij kunnen uitblinken.

- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- sterke leiderschaps
- en people managementvaardigheden;
- geweldige probleemoplossende capaciteiten;
