Als Head of Controlling ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw specifieke Plant. In deze rol spreek je jouw communicatieve en analytische skills aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Budgetting.
  • Forecasting.
  • Variantieanalyses.
  • Rapporteren van jouw inzichten en omzetten naar acties.
  • Kostenanalyse en maandelijkse opvolging.
  • Je komt met inzichten omtrent het verbeteren van de productiviteit.
  • Je brengt financiële risico's en opportuniteiten in kaart.
  • Financiële opvolging van CAPEX-dossiers.
  • Contactpersoon bij Interne & Externe Audits.
  • Opvolgen projecten van jouw specifieke Plant.
  • Energie verbruik onder de loupe nemen van jouw Plant.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende departementen. Kritische vragen stellen en tot antwoorden komen.
  • Lid van het managementteam.
  • …


  • Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige Finance rol.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en Nederlands.
  • Je krijgt energie om jouw Plant naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
  • Je kan vanuit jouw helikopterperspectief de vertaalslag maken tussen de Business en de Finance.
