Notre client est un groupe international actif dans le secteur Biopharma, dont les bureaux modernes sont localisés à Bruxelles. Vous rejoignez une équipe francophone où règne une ambiance positive, et rapportez directement au CFO Groupe. En tant que Head of Accounting, vous supervisez une équipe de 2 comptables. Description de la fonction
  • Supervision d'une équipe de 2 comptables confirmés
  • Tenue et finalisation de la comptabilité pour 2 entités belges du groupe (BEGAAP)
  • Tenue de la fiscalité de ces deux entités (TVA, ISOC)
  • Déclaration de reportings réguliers de deux entités (BNB, groupe trimestriel, etc) en collaboration directe avec le Senior Business Controller
  • Point de contact privilégié avec le législateur, l'audit externe, IT etc..
  • Assistance à l'audit interne et amélioration de procédures comptables
  • Participation à des projets ad-hocs (M&A, implémentation de nouveaux outils informatiques, etc)
Profil
  • Bachelier en comptabilité (un Master est un atout)
  • Excellent niveau de français et bon niveau d'anglais (le néerlandais est un atout pour cette fonction)
  • Expérience reconnue en gestion d'une équipe comptable
  • Au minimum 7 années d'expérience en comptabilité A-Z, en BEGAAP
  • L'attention au détail, l'amélioration de process et la gestion participative d'une équipe sont vos qualités essentielles
  • Vous disposez naturellement d'une curiosité intellectuelle envers des projets connexes (M&A, amélioration d'outils IT, etc)
