Om ons departement Finance & Procurement te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Accounting Officer.
Het doel van de Accounting Officer is enerzijds het opmaken van correcte en accurate facturatie en anderzijds zorgen voor een correcte maandrapportering die aan de directie gerapporteerd dient te worden. Het opvolgen van de betalingen behoort eveneens tot het takenpakket.
De Accounting Officer is verantwoordelijk voor een bepaalde revenue stroom binnen Brussels Airport. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Accounting Officer die verantwoordelijk is voor de commerciële inkomsten.
**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
- Het aanmaken en onderhouden van klantenfiches: correcte verwerking van alle klantendata zodanig dat de klant tijdig en nauwkeurig beleverd en gefactureerd kan worden;
- Het toetsen en valideren van de contracten in overleg met contractmanagement en de diverse commerciële lijnverantwoordelijken;
- Het verzamelen, verwerken en controleren van alle data-input nodig voor een correcte en adequate facturatie;
- Ervoor zorgen dat de facturatie op tijd wordt verzonden en voldoet aan de verwachtingen van de klant;
- Het aanleggen van de nodige maandelijkse provisies zodanig dat de management rapportering een weerspiegeling is van de realiteit;
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met de klant, zowel intern als extern contacten met alle relevante stakeholders, toepassen van een klantgerichte benadering en behandelen van vragen over de uitgevoerde facturatie;
- Het oplossen van klachten en vragen van klanten in verband met facturen en het opstellen van eventuele creditnota’s;
- Het correct opvolgen van vervallen facturen met oog op innen van openstaande/dubieuze vorderingen zodoende de DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) te verminderen;
- Het rapporteren van de actuele klantenstatus aan de belanghebbende stakeholders over: Betalingsgedrag, Customer Ageing, Dubieuze Debiteuren,
**Wat jou onderscheidt**:
- Je hebt een bachelor en daarnaast 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring;
- Je hebt een goede kennis en expertise van boekhouding (closing & controlling activiteiten);
- Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en handelt hier ook naar;
- Je bent proactief en flexibel;
- Je bent nauwkeurig en cijfermatig sterk;
- Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem en kan vlot overweg met Excel;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
