**We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions within the automotive industry. As an Business Development Manager at UBench, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive value and achieve sales targets.
***Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the automotive sector.
- **Lead Generation**:Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including targeted outbound activities and participation in industry events.
- **Business Development**:Nurture and expand existing client relationships to increase revenue and upsell UBench's suite of products.
- **Consultative Selling**:Understand customer pain points and business objectives to present customized solutions that address their specific needs.
- **Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term success.

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or B2B SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
