**Business Financial Analyst**
Context van de functie
Deze persoon is het financiële aanspreekpunt voor de industriële en previsionele afdelingen van NIRAS voor de financiële aspecten van de contracten met afvalproducenten.
Wat doe je concreet als _Business Financial Analyst_?
- Je communiceert facturatiegegevens aan de producenten op basis van de contracten en in samenwerking met de interne afdelingen.
- Je stelt verkoopprognoses op voor de opmaak van budgetten, jaarlijkse forecasts en vijfjarenplannen.
- Je werkt mee aan de kwartaalafsluitingen door de analytische boekhoudtool voor de verkoop bij te werken.
- Je volgt de rekeningen van de producenten op, analyseert de thesaurie en beheert de rapportering.
- Je berekent de ontmantelingsvoorzieningen en werkt deze bij voor de jaarlijkse afsluiting en de budgetten.
- Je bereidt de jaarlijkse vergadering met de producenten voor en stelt statusrapporten en -presentaties op.
- Je maakt boordtabellen aan voor de projecten of domeinen die je zijn toevertrouwd.
- Je voert ad hoc analyses uit van de lopende projecten.
**Welke vaardigheden heb je nodig om in deze job te starten?**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma economische wetenschappen, handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig, en een zeer goed begrip van de boekhouding.
- Je hebt idealiter ten minste vier jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie op het gebied van analytische boekhouding: finance/business control, corporate finance, financiële audits,...
- Je beschikt over redactionele vaardigheden om interne procedures te schrijven.
- Je bent klantgericht.
- Je hebt belangstelling voor het beheer van radioactief afval en voor de maatschappelijke opdracht van NIRAS, en bent geïnteresseerd in de reglementaire aspecten van dit beheer (wetten, koninklijke besluiten, richtlijnen, normen enz.).
- Je bent een teamspeler, maar bent ook in staat zelfstandig te werken.
- Je geeft blijk van initiatief en bent stressbestendig en polyvalent.
- Je hebt zin voor organisatie en bent in staat prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands.
- je beheerst de gebruikelijke kantoorsoftware, in het bijzonder Word en Excel, en andere MS Office-tools.

Waar is je werkplek?
Meestal werk je op ons kantoor in Brussel dat ligt op een boogscheut van het Noordstation (Koning Albert II-laan 32, 1000 Brussel).
Zodra je autonoom bent in je werk, heb je recht op gemiddeld twee dagen telewerken per week (vast te stellen in overleg met je team).
