**Business & Financial Analyst**

**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als Business & Financial Analyst zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- Begeleiden en adviseren van lokale overheden bij het implementeren van nieuwe processen en van nieuwe regels binnen de domeinen van Boekhouding en Fiscaliteit alsook nieuwe toepassingsgebieden en bijhorende diensten invoeren,
- Analyseren van de betrokken overheid en haar omgeving en het bestuderen van de economische en organisatorische gevolgen van beleidsveranderingen en gebeurtenissen,
- Planifiëren van begeleidingsactiviteiten en advies,
- Organiseren van analyses en audits,
- Identificeren van noden bij de betrokken overheid en oplossingen voorstellen die rekening houden met bestaande situaties of oplossingen,
- Uitwerken van boekhoudkundige omzettingsplannen,
- Opvolgen van evoluties binnen de sector en proactief nieuwe opportuniteiten anticiperen.
**Je ervaring en competenties**:
- ** **Je beschikt over een universitair diploma in bedrijfskunde met specialisatie in Controlling, Accounting, Finance of een vergelijkbaar domein,
- Je bezit ervaring van Financiën in de publieke sector en meer bepaald binnen lokale overheden,
- Je kan terugvallen op een brede ervaring in implementatie van toepassingen binnen Finance in de publieke sector, meer bepaald binnen lokale overheden, en in Change Management en het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers,
- Je hebt een goede kennis van financiële kosten en baten, kennis over rendement op investering (ROI) en de totale kostenlast,
- Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische en strategische competenties, inclusief ervaring in het ontwikkelen van business cases,
- Je bezit diepgaande sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden,
- Je bent een teamspeler met een hoge mate van motivatie, evenals het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
- Kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands is verplicht, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
