Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de gegevens in ons klantensignaleringssysteem en biedt ondersteuning aan de operationele teams door middel van analyses, monitorings en het bijwerken van massagegevens.
Je geeft leiding aan een team van +/- 5 collega’s en werkt nauw samen met de teammanagers van CCA. De activiteiten van Data Quality Management hebben betrekking op alle CCA-activiteiten. Je rol is transversaal : je hebt regelmatig contact met andere afdelingen binnen de bank zoals Project Office, Data & Analytics, Data Governance, Legal, Compliance, Communication, Marketing, Audit, Loans,
**De job in een notendop**
Als Team Manager moet je:
- De collega’s binnen het team coördineren, de polyvalentie verzekeren, alle activiteiten kennen,
- Structurele acties implementeren om de kwaliteit van de gegevens in het rapportagesysteem te verbeteren, waken over de impact op klanten en een goede risicodekking garanderen.
- De evoluties binnen de wetgeving en fiscaliteit begrijpen en integreren.
- Samenwerken met de operationele teams om acties te synchroniseren.
- De nodige ondersteuning bieden aan de andere afdelingen van de bank.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Maar je kunt er één worden. We zijn op zoek naar een collega met interesse in het operationele gebied van CCA en kennis van toepassingen : tools voor gegevensbeheer (SQL Developer, Toad), tools voor gegevensvizualisatie (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Webi) en indien mogelijk, kennis van de Mainframe.

- Een analytische geest hebt en diagrammen kunt schematiseren.
- Goed georganiseerd bent en goed kunt plannen.
- Vaardigheden hebt op gebied van people management en een goede teamgeest.

- Tweetalig bent (Nederlands/Frans).
