Het Metal Accounting team binnen de afdeling Controlling (beheerscontrole) staat in voor de correcte financiële registratie, analyse en rapportering van metaalhoudende grondstoffen en eindproducten.
Als Specialist Metal Accounting neem je de volgende taken op:
- Je controleert en valideert berekeningen (“valuaties”) op basis van commerciële contracten zodat facturen tijdig en correct kunnen worden uitgestuurd
- Je volgt de automatische berekening en controles in het systeem op en grijpt in waar nodig. Hierbij focus je op het continue verbeteren van de processen.
- In het kader van de maandelijkse afsluiting voer je specifieke taken uit zodat financieel alles correct wordt verwerkt
- Intern ben je het aanspreekpunt voor metaalboekhouding gerelateerde topics en werk je nauw samen met verschillende diensten, oa supply & operational planning, commerciële dienst, aankomst & verzending, bemonstering, labo,
- Binnen het halfjaarlijkse inventarisproces waak je samen met S&OP over een accurate en correcte registratie van de inventarisresultaten
**Naar wie zijn we op zoek**
- Je hebt minimum een bachelor diploma op zak in accountancy of in een economische richting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS-Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Kennis van SAP evenals Microsoft SharePoint is een troef
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor details, werkt graag met cijfers en respecteert deadlines
- Je hebt een kritische blik en gaat probleem-oplossend te werk
- Je werkt vlot samen met anderen, zowel extern met klanten & leveranciers als intern met de verschillende betrokken diensten
- Naast Nederlands ben je ook de Engelse taal machtig
- Je hebt kennis van onze metallurgische processen of interesse om je hierin te verdiepen
