The **Account Executive Account Executive iPSCs & pDNA (Plasmid)** will be a part of the CGT Business Development Team reporting to the Regional Director, and responsible for managing new business opportunities, as well as existing business.

**The Role**
- Conduct market analysis leveraging research tools and market data sources to create a territory plan specific to the CT and Stem Cell therapy segment
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and partnering with internal sales and marketing team to identify potential leads
- Lead customer discussions and interactions related to the iPSC modality
- Drive sales cycle partnering with the necessary internal teams (SME’s, Proposal Team, Legal, Program Management, etc.) for support to meet customer needs
- Regular research of market activities in terms of competition, potential new customers and events such as conferences, exhibitions or scientific events
- Customer negotiations on contracts (i.e. Material Transfer Agreements) for testing of research grade cells and drive discussions on follow up conversations for licensing of Catalent’s GMP iPSC’s for clinical or commercial use
- Present the value proposition for Catalent’s iPSC capabilities and services to customers, and facilitate on-site capabilities presentations and tours
- Ensure a successful transition to Project Management when appropriate, while maintaining strong client relationships leading to future business development opportunities
- Regular and timely reporting of opportunity status and information in SalesForce database for leadership visibility
- Attendance of iPSC/CT based conferences for development of new opportunities and in the field prospecting for new leads
- Scientific & Sales/Business Degree preferred, or equivalent by experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge/Experience in iPSCs, Stem Cells, Cell Therapy
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to understand financial analytics, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive projects to completion
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and bio pharmaceutical industry and its key players
- Fluent in English, any other European language will be an asset
