En tant que Product Manager, vous jouerez un rôle important dans ce domaine.
Nous recherchons un Product Manager talentueux pour gérer le Marketing de notre portefeuille de services facilitaires (réception, nettoyage, sécurité, ), et pour développer de nouveaux "Workplace services".
Voici quelques-unes de vos tâches:
- Vous suivez de près les tendances du marché des services facilitaires et vous êtes responsable de l'analyse concurrentielle.
- Vous identifiez les besoins des clients et des consommateurs, sur la base desquels vous élaborez un plan Marketing.
- Vous définissez le portefeuille de services afin de répondre aux attentes du client et du consommateur, afin d'améliorer notre position concurrentielle.
- Vous identifiiez et initiez le développement de nouveaux services.
- Vous êtes responsable du positionnement des différents services, et délivrez tous les éléments du mix marketing.
- Pour les dossiers de client stratégiques, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Sales & Operations.
- Vous assurez le développement de l'identité visuelle et graphique des services du portfolio avec l'aide d'une expertise graphique externe et/ou interne.
- Vous contribuez à la communication interne et externe en collaboration avec le département de communication.

**Profil**:
- Vous disposez d’un Master en Marketing.
- Vous avez au minimum deux ans d’expérience pertinente dans une fonction Marketing dans le secteur des services.
- Vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication et une attitude collaboratrice.
- Vous travaillez de manière structurée, toujours orienté vers les résultats et la qualité.
- Vous maitrisez le néerlandais et le français, à l'écrit et à l'oral, avec une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de MS Office.
