CSD Ingénieurs Belux intervient aussi bien pour les collectivités publiques que pour les clients privés: industriels, infrastructures, professionnels de l’immobilier, entreprises de services, grande distribution, loisirs,....

Pour renforcer l’équipe du Département Environnement de Bruxelles, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Senior Project Manager - Environnement (H/F).**

**Responsabilités**:
Rapportant au Responsable du Département, vous gérez des projets d’amélioration du territoire dans leur intégralité depuis l’établissement du budget jusqu’à la fin des aménagements. Par vos connaissances, votre expérience et votre capacité à gérer les projets, vous apportez une réelle valeur ajoutée au Département Environnement.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

- Planifier le projet, établir le budget et en effectuer le suivi.
- Constituer votre équipe et l’accompagner dans le suivi du projet (collaborateurs CSD, partenaires, sous-traitants, consortium, etc.).
- Gérer le projet au niveau technique, contractuel, administratif et financier.
- Organiser et mener des concertations régulières avec le client / maître d’ouvrage, les sous-traitants, les partenaires ainsi que les autorités et les tiers.
- Faire avancer et coordonner la production d’analyses et de rapports.
- Elaborer des offres en collaboration avec les collaborateurs de projet.
- Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes et développer le portefeuille clients.
- Évaluer les besoins supplémentaires du client au cours du projet et lui proposer des prestations complémentaires, générer des mandats de suite.

**Profil**:

- Vous disposez d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur, Bioingénieur, Urbaniste, Géographe, ou toute autre formation universitaire jugée pertinente.
- Vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 3 à 5 ans en bureau d’études, dans le conseil en environnement et/ou en gestion de projet.
- Vous maitrisez les lois, le cadre stratégique et réglementaire ainsi que et les procédures liées à l’environnement et à l’aménagement du territoire pour la région bruxelloise.
- Vous maitrisez la suite Office, êtes familier(ère) avec les outils SIG. La connaissance et l’utilisation d’un ERP est un atout.
- Vous êtes autonome, polyvalent(e) et organisé(e) et faites preuve de curiosité intellectuelle, rigueur et flexibilité.
- Vous avez une bonne gestion du stress (respect des délais) et êtes orienté(e) résultats/satisfaction client.
- Vous disposez d’une excellente capacité rédactionnelle en français. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
