Description**
Within the framework of Distance Selling, advise customers/prospects on their needs and market our banking products remotely, such as loans, cards, insurance linked to these products, and term accounts, current accounts, deposit accounts and any other product marketed by the bank.
Develop relationships with customers/prospects to increase the sales network's portfolios.
Commercial tasks
- Advise customers/prospects on their needs regarding banking and insurance products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, current accounts, deposit accounts and any other products marketed by the bank.
- Strengthen commercial relationships through cross-selling, in accordance with the rules of audit and banking ethics.
- Optimize sales opportunities with clients/prospects to exceed targets.
- Handle inbound requests (Internet/paper/call center referral and other future channels).
Ongoing tasks
- Analyze and process assigned files daily.
- Make decisions or defend credit files according to the bank's standards.
- Verify files according to the department's specific rules.
- Actively follow up on files sent to clients/prospects to respect the validity of the offer.
- Use existing tools to optimize the follow-up of files and results.
Administrative tasks
- Consult with other departments (fraud/credit/compliance/legal) to defend files (if necessary).
- Validate and manage the information required to complete the files.
- Respect procedures and regulations (GRIP, KYC, etc.).
- Use existing tools (profiling, credit scoring,...).
- Respond to all customer/prospect complaints in the context of a file handled by the department.
- Report all technical problems.
- Make proactive suggestions to improve processes.

Experience:
- Experience in sales / result orientation
- Experience in the banking sector or in a customer service department
