To strengthen our current team of technical professionals, we are looking for a Fiber Optic Construction Project Coördinator.

**Voornaamste taken**:
Third Party works

Be proactive and be informed of all Fibre operator (3rd parties) fibre activities

Regional & National tools Management
- KLIM/CLIP = collaborate with Community Relations to provide update

on FOV maps
- GIPOD = VL coordination tool = analyse and proactively decide to

participate or not (FOV works like deviation,...)
- OSIRIS = Brussels Coordination tool & works authorization
- POWALCO = Walloon Area Coordination & Authorization tool

Works site Coordination Follow-up

Participate or be represented to all coordination meeting involving Fluxs DF network

Evaluate the need for this placement, deviation,...

Works site Project

Preparation:

- Elaborate all project maps
- Collaborate with Project Pilot
- Introduce all permits to work request in tools
- Communicate with Community Relations for KLIM/CLIP & get a negotiator

Execution:

- Choose a contractor
- Prepare the PO
- Deliver material to Contractor (Duct, cable, Manhole,..)
- Contractor Follow-up (particpate to all onsite coordination meeting,...)

Reception:

- Onsite geographical measurment (according Engineering rules)
- Update GIS & CableScout

Interruption (Planned intervention) Management
- Evaluate affected services
- Choose a contractor
- Prepare the cabling & splicing works
- Negotiate a time window
- Communicate to all involved parties
- Execute and follow intervention
- Accept or not measurement after intervention
- Update GIS & CableScout
- Check from a financial pov the work statement and accept quote
- Log & follow everything I ICT Management tool

Incident Management (Inside & Outside business hours)
- Issue/Trouble diagnosis - determine root cause
- Choose a contractor
- Prepare the cabling & splicing works
- Negotiate a time window
- Communicate to all involved parties
- Excute and follow intervention
- Accept or not measurement after intervention
- Update GIS & CableScout
- Check from a financial pov the work statement and accept quote
- Make a report
- Log & follow everything I ICT Management tool

FOV Stock Management
- Cable drum (evaluate availibilities, allocate drum to a project,...)
- Duct (reservation Zuun & stock management at head contractor)
- Manholes (evaluate availibilities, allocate drum to a project,...)
- Small material management (splicing drawers, patches panels,...)

FOV DF network integrity & quality monitoring
- Degraded cables monitoring to determine replacement urgency
- Network extension opportunities (from a commercial or ICT Operations

perspective)
- Cable capacity monitoring
- Network design to reach replacement objectives
