**Job description**
The Marketeer Belgium has a key role to play to further grow our market position in retail (DIY chains) as well as Professional Construction in Belgium. You will be responsible to support and develop category management projects for retail and professional construction, in cooperation with the Group Marketing Team. This position will be responsible for the Soudal Pro & Retail product range, P.O.S. and sales channel support for a wide range of products. You will work closely together with Group Marketing teams, the Belgian Sales team and selected key customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- With the help of the sales team, your market research and competition analysis you will set up a marketing strategy and develop promotion plans.
- You will initiate and coordinate the introduction of new products/ packaging and support the positioning of existing products.
- You will develop concepts for product support (flyers, catalogues,.) and introduce relevant Point-of-Sales materials, supporting product launch.
- You will work on the execution of sales plans (assortment reviews/shelving projects) in accordance with our marketing objectives.
- You will initialize and follow up marketing campaigns, organize events and fairs.
- You will contribute to the Soudal website
- You will follow up and be responsible for marketing campaigns on social media

**Profile** Requirements**
- Bachelor in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- A first work experience (3-5 years) in Sales/Marketing
- Affinity with Do It Yourself & Construction business is a real asset
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong drive showing a lot of energy, persistence and enthusiasm
- Pragmatic thinker who never loses a hands-on mentality
- Eager to learn with a can do-attitude
- Can work in a cross-functional, intercultural context
- Fluent in Dutch, English and good knowledge of French
- IT fluent
