Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur des **services logistiques**. Vous rejoignez une grande organisation, présente au niveau international.
Les **responsabilités** principales de l' **Accounts Payable **sont les suivantes:
- Encoder des factures fournisseurs ;
- Traiter les rappels fournisseurs ;
- Etablir des factures et notes de crédits ;
- Préparer et encoder les différentes pièces de banques et la caisse ;
- Participer à la clôture annuelle.
Les **qualifications** requises pour cette fonction d' **Accounts Payable **comprennent:
- Vous possédez un diplôme ou équivalent par expérience ;
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français. La connaissance d'une autre langue est un atout ;
- Une première expérience dans une fonction similaire est exigée ;
- Vous maitrisez la suite MS Office, principalement Excel ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'analyse, êtes rigoureux et organisé. De plus, vous êtes communicatif et sociable.
