**The Role**:
Do you want to use your commercial skills to build the sustainable energy system of the future? Are you autonomous, result-driven, and do you enjoy using and expanding your network to conquer the Belgian market through direct sales and partnerships? Then we are looking for you As our Business Development Manager Belgium, you will be the first native member of our Belgian team. You will work closely with the International Expansion Team, as well as the Dutch Sales and Operations teams. It is up to you and your future colleagues to shape the companys identity in Belgium.

**Responsibilities**:

- Passion for sales and building sustainable partnerships
- Active at networking events, seeking potential partners, and working closely with companies to understand their precise needs
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling propositions
- Identify new opportunities and close deals
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands for support when necessary

You have the opportunity to build the brand in Belgium. This means trial and error, finding creative solutions, and innovating continuously. Your creativity and innovative spirit are invaluable to the company's success. Together, we will discover what works

**Requirements**:

- Completed a bachelors degree and have 5+ years of experience in sales;
- Excellent commercial skills and experience;
- Technically skilled, with knowledge of batteries being an advantage;
- Enthusiastic communicator with a network in logistics & industry;
- Enjoys working in a rapidly changing environment;
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English;
- Resides in Belgium, willing to travel within Belgium, and willing to work from our office in Utrecht frequently.
