IT-Planet is dé HR specialist voor flexibele en tijdelijke staffing in IT. Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Solution Analyst Life** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Antwerpen.**

Functie
De Solution Analist (SA) analyseert en vertaalt requirements in een functioneel design, rekening houdend met de bestaande architectuur, de technische mogelijkheden en beperkingen,. De SA implementeert en onderhoudt ook specifieke applicaties, zorgt voor end user support binnen zijn/haar scope.
1. High level naar detailed requirements
De high level requirements van business analisten correct interpreteren en omzetten in detailed requirements, vanuit een functioneel standpunt. Deze high hevel en detailed requirements kritisch evalueren en controleren op alternatieven om betere oplossingen te kunnen voorstellen:
- Deelnemen aan het definiëren, wegen en controleren van de scope van het project
- De detailed requirements laten valideren
2. Functionele analyse
De eindverantwoordelijkheid op zich nemen voor wat betreft de kwaliteit van het geleverde functionele project tesamen met het bepalen van de potentiële functionele aanpassingen en/of verbeteringen aan de subsystemen.
- Organiseert desgevallend reviews.
- Voor de complexere projecten functionele analyses van de systemen uitvoeren in samenwerking met de business vertegenwoordigers.
3. Technisch ontwerp
De kwaliteit van het geleverde technische project en de ontwikkeling garanderen van een beheersbaar systeem dat beantwoordt aan de standaarden en dat is geïntegreerd in het landschap van bestaande IT-systemen.
- Organiseert desgevallend reviews.
- Nagaan of de technische analyse beantwoordt aan de functionele vereisten.
- Eventueel aanpassingen van de parameters in onze systemen doorvoeren
4. Naleving van de standaarden
Werken in overeenstemming met de standaarden die van toepassing zijn binnen de onderneming, actief toezien op de toepassing van de standaarden in het kader van projecten om op een uniforme manier toepassingen te ontwikkelen.
5. Projectbegeleiding (enkel bij senior profiel)
Voor de complexe, transversale projecten eventueel zorgen voor de communicatie tussen de verschillende sub projecten en de planning afstemmen zodat ze verlopen volgens de overeengekomen standaarden, dit wil zeggen volgens belang, prioriteit, budget, gewenste realisatiedatum en relevantie.
Functie-eisen
- Niveau Master informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Kennis en ervaring als functioneel analyst (min 5 jaar)
- Kennis en ervaring in verzekeringssector, in het domein Life.
- Ervaring van 3 jaar in het domein is een minimum, bij voorkeur een langere ervaring
- Grondige kennis van de MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,)
- Analytisch en aandacht voor details, uitstekende communicatie, stressbestendig, flexibel, multitasking en in staat zich aan te passen aan een omgeving die steeds in beweging is (mogelijke wijziging van opdracht tijdens het project, nieuwe prioriteiten,)
- Enerzijds, in staat zich goed te organiseren en zelfstandig te werken, risico’s te beheersen, de relatie met de interne klant te verzorgen, assertief (de verwachtingen en behoeften van de externe gebruikers goed vertegenwoordigen in interne projecten). Anderzijds werk je goed samen in teamverband.
- Proactief in de identificatie van risico’s, het nemen van acties, in communicatie, dynamisch
- In staat de behoeften die de grootste impact op de gebruikers hebben te indentificeren en deze in besprekingen aan bod te laten komen, doelgericht en gefocused blijven in een soms instabiele omgeving, gemotiveerde blijven bij wijzigingen van prioriteiten.
- Je hebt een IT basiskennis m.b.t. software, databases en toepassingssoftware.
- Je bent bereid kennis op te doen van de beheer pakketten en business toepassingen van P&V
- Je bent flexibel en bekend met een ‘agile’ aanpak
- Je ben goede communicatie skills, in de samenwerking met IT en business collega’s. Je bent in staat business te helpen in maken van beslissingen.
- Je kan snel inwerken in een nieuwe omgeving met nieuwe collega’s. Je bent een ‘quick learner’.
