In deze functie heb je contact met binnenlandse en buitenlandse klanten om openstaande betalingen op te volgen en oplossingen te zoeken voor problemen. Het is belangrijk om hierin een goed inzicht te krijgen om meerdere opties te kunnen voorstellen afhankelijk van het type klant. Zo kan je ook problemen in de toekomst vermijden. Naast het veelvuldig klantencontact ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor administratieve taken zoals facturatie en enkele boekhoudkundige taken.

**Profiel**:
- Je hebt reeds werkervaring opgedaan binnen customer service, debiteurenbeheer of klachtenbehandeling.
- Je spreekt naast het Nederlands ook goed Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits zou een groot pluspunt zijn.
- Je haalt energie uit klantencontacten en je vindt het fijn om proactief actie te ondernemen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
- Je bent op zoek naar een voltijdse tewerkstelling.
