Als Lead Internal control manager kom je terecht in het team Operational risk management & Internal control. Samen met je collega's sta je als tweede verdedigingslijn alle afdelingen van Crelan/AXA Bank Belgium bij. Dankzij een gevarieerd verantwoordelijkheidspakket en de samenwerking met verschillende departementen krijg je al snel een totaalbeeld van alle activiteiten binnen onze organisatie.

Elk teamlid houdt zich bezig met zijn/haar domein van specialisatie en staat zo in voor de verschillende kaders voor operationeel risico management & interne controle die aansluiten bij dat domein. Elk van hen spoort de significante risico's op waar de business mee te maken krijgt en zorgt voor synergiën in en tussen de verschillende interne controle en risico-omgevingen.

Als Internal control manager stuur je het team van Risk en controle-experten aan voor wat betreft de interne controleaspecten. Belangrijk hierbij is het in stand houden van de doeltreffendheid en efficiëntie van de activiteiten van de hele bank. Je zorgt daarnaast voor een kwalitatief Interne controle framework en de testing ervan. Je stuurt bij waar nodig en coacht je collega's.

Je bepaalt de verschillende methodes voor interne controle, zowel voor de identificatie van de belangrijkste risico's en controles als voor de tweedelijns testing technieken. Vervolgens formaliseer je alles in onze policies en trainingen.

Ten slotte stel je, in overleg met de directies van de business en andere tweedelijnsfuncties, het jaarplan op en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitgevoerde tweedelijnstesten. Daarbij verlies je de geldende wetgeving en marktpraktijken niet uit het oog.

Profiel

In de samenwerking met je collega's en andere interne departementen getuig je van de nodige maturiteit, stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken maar ook om anderen hierin te betrekken en te motiveren. Je beschikt ook over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en neemt initiatieven.

Aangezien je geconfronteerd wordt met veel informatie beschik je over sterke analytische vaardigheden. Je legt goede verbanden, onderscheidt hoofd
- van bijzaken, werkt planmatig en methodologisch en formuleert sterke onderbouwde conclusies.

Je beschikt over zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden, je past je stijl aan je gesprekspartner aan en bent in staat om anderen te enthousiasmeren en te motiveren.

Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, een goede kennis van het Engels en van het Frans.

Ten slotte voel je je goed in een snel veranderende omgeving waar je autonoom kunt werken.

- Informeren en overleggen over de lokale ontwikkelingsstrategieën tijdens professionele ontmoetingen
- Het ontwikkelingsproject evalueren, nieuwe interventies bepalen en voorstellen aan de lokale actoren
- Uitwerken of meewerken aan de uitwerking van het lokale ontwikkelingsproject
Steun bieden aan de partnerorganisaties
- Aanbestedingen of antwoorden op aanbestedingen opstellen
- Oprichters van bedrijven adviseren, opleiden en begeleiden
- Bepalen van of bijdragen tot de ontwikkelingsstrategie van een gebied
- De activiteiten van een team coördineren
