**Description de l'organisation**: Comme Chef de Projet vous avez une grande variété de responsabilités et d’activités, vous travaillez en équipe, sur des projets durables et multidisciplinaires. Vos responsabilités:

- Le développement de projets en Génie Civil visant la réalisation de solutions techniques créatives et durables; la réalisation d’études préliminaires de faisabilité, d’études de conception, la rédaction de cahiers des charges et le suivi de l’exécution de projets d’infrastructures et/ou de génie civil ;
- le suivi de l’étude préliminaire, des études de détails techniques, des estimations, des cahiers de charges et des métrés;
- le suivi du processus d’attribution ;
- le suivi des chantiers;
- la concertation et la négociation avec les maîtres d’ouvrage durant tout le cycle du projet, à savoir de l’étude à l’exécution;
- la gestion des informations, le planning et l’organisation, les budgets, la qualité et la sécurité tout au long du processus du projet;
la gestion et la motivation d’une équipe de dessinateurs /projeteurs et de collaborateurs administratifs

- une expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans un ou plusieurs domaines en construction structures civiles (Infrastructures et Génie civil);
- Français excellent, Anglais ou Néerlandais;
- une personne ouverte, communicative, axée sur les résultats mais également diplomatique, enthousiaste et motivée qui peut travailler tant de manière autonome qu’en équipe
