En effet, Thales Alenia Space Belgium est le leader mondial en conditionnement et distribution d’énergie à bord des satellites et le plus important fournisseur d’électronique pour Ariane 5. Thales Alenia Space Belgium est implanté sur 3 sites, un à Charleroi, un à Leuven et le dernier sur Hasselt (assemblage des cellules photovoltaïques pour panneaux solaires des satellites). Le Manager de la Performance Fournisseur rapporte au SPM Team Leader de son entité/région.
Son portefeuille de fournisseurs ou projets est:
- Entre 5 et 15 maximum
- De 1 à quelques projets
Avec le rôle de SPM Leader: de 1 à 3 fournisseurs
En accord avec la direction des operations locales de son entité, les activités principales du Manager de la Performance Fournisseur sont:
Anticipation et Amélioration Continue
- Afin de gérer l’amélioration continue, mettre en place les bonnes pratiques Thales, en incluant le Lean Manufacturing
- Etre responsable du déploiement, avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés, de plans d’action correctives et préventives pour faire face à des alertes provenant des opérations industrielles, assurer la continuité des lignes clients, apporter du support sur le terrain.
- Faciliter et améliorer l’interface globale entre Thales et le fournisseur, en s’appuyant sur des retours d’expériences pour l’amélioration continue des deux parties
- Développer et implémenter des plans, avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés, pour éliminer les activités sans valeur ajoutée (e.g. Seven Wastes, MUDA), à la fois dans les process de Thales et du fournisseur, tout en préservant l’amélioration de la qualité et la fiabilité des produits achetés.
- Déployer, avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés, des techniques incluant Six Sigma, DMAIC ou Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) pour identifier et évaluer les défaillances potentielles dans le process, prioriser les actions pour éliminer le risque à la fois dans les activités de Thales et du fournisseur.
- Participer à l’implémentation d’actions transverses d’optimisation telles que le déploiement de Air Supply, de programmes spécifiques (ramp-up, ramp-down), l’implémentation de nouveaux indicateurs de performance, la mise en conformité aux règlementations Reach, logistique,
- Etablir une communication et une intimité de haut niveau avec l’équipe de management des fournisseurs qu’il gère
- Anticiper en identifiant des objectifs de transformation, et en supportant le déploiement de la roadmap associée grâce à la remontée de signaux faibles et de plans de réduction des risques
- Anticiper en dressant la cartographie des sous-traitants de rang 2 pour évaluer le niveau de risque et proposer une sécurisation ad hoc
Mode gestion de crise
- En cas de crise de la chaîne industrielle locale, mener la Task force avec son réseau
- En cas de Tiger Team au niveau Groupe, participer à l’équipe
Revue des indicateurs fournisseurs (KPIs) et reporting
- Organiser et conduire les revues de performance fournisseurs avec le service achats
- Publier et valider les indicateurs pour son portefeuille
- Faire le reporting mensuel pour son portefeuille
- Préparer et participer aux comités performance fournisseurs et aux comités performance catégorie si nécessaire
- Transmettre les SKPIs transmis au niveau groupe
- Contrôler et rapporter régulièrement le suivi du plan d’action de performance global fournisseurs (GAP) adressant principalement la qualité et la ponctualité
Relations avec l‘organisation SPM globale et les BLs
- Supporter les initiatives groupe afin d’améliorer la performance opérationnelle des fournisseurs de Thales
- Escalader si nécessaire à son réseau et à la direction de l’activité SPM de son entité/région les signaux faibles qu’il identifie (en coordination avec les services Industrie, Ingénierie, Services, Qualité et Achats)
- Rapporter en revue de performance catégorie la performance de ses fournisseurs lorsque cela lui est demandé en cas de performance OTD/OCD très faible
- Contribuer à la connaissance de la chaîne industrielle complète à partir des fournisseurs de rang 1 et en identifier les faiblesses
