**Your role**:
As a Bid & Tender Manager you will be responsible for the smooth management of the entire bid / tender process as well as for leading a team of Bid & Tender specialists and also a team of Commercial Support specialists. You and your team will assemble bid teams with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end proposal process. In between bids, you will - together with your team - provide general commercial support to Sales in domains as commercial reporting, sales presentations, logistics and master data.

At the core you are working on:

- Providing leadership, direction and coaching to the team of Bid & Tender specialists
- Managing the bid qualification (bid go/no go) process for new opportunities
- Managing virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders
- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
- Contribution to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
- Initiate, develop and implement processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of bid and tenders
- Drive continuous improvement regarding Proposal management by deploying best practices
- General sales support activities

**What you'll need to become successful**:

- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 5 year experience in Proposal management
- Fluent in local languages (Dutch & French) and English
- Experience with managing complex projects and/or work streams

- High capability to manage efficient team working to produce the tender deliverables within a limited time period
