Johnson&Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an EMEA Tender Excellence Manager role **(iTender focus - within Trade Excellence)**
The EMEA Tender Excellence (TEx) team is a cross-functional team (Trade Excellence, Pricing, Business Technology) focusing on strengthening business processes, systems and tools in the area of tender management.
The EMEA Tender Excellence Manager (iTender focus) reports to the EMEA Trade Excellence Director, supporting the latter in coordinating, driving and implementing the actions to deliver on the EMEA Tender Excellence program/strategy by:
- contributing to the further set-up and implementation of the strategic roadmap (focus: iTender, iTender Analytics);
- driving performance improvement, starting from metrics;
- act as Subject Matter Expert for change requests (local/regional) providing input to the Governance Board and on user access/inventory;
- driving regional improvements of iTender (workflow management tool) and iTender Analytics to Governance;
- driving automation, assess opportunities to reduce/optimize number of iTender data fields;
- arranging for training and demos to partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic roadmap**:contribute to the further set-up and implementation of the strategic roadmap (focus: iTender, iTender Analytics).
- **Continuous improvement**:drive the use/adoption and enhancements of the tools (bringing input to Governance Board as SME), ensuring their alignment with business objectives and customer needs - in close collaboration with PMO.
Support OpCos to identify challenges and opportunities, support PMO to deliver standard template for iTender/iTender Analytics. Arrange for test scripts.
Find opportunities to use automation and technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Assess opportunities to reduce/optimize number of iTender data fields.
Look for ways to streamline business processes and team up with PMO to materialize these.
Drive towards standardized iTender definitions and work together with PMO on iTender optimization to further enable the Analytics team to strengthen Analytics. Drive performance improvements (starting from data completeness monitoring and analysis of important metrics from the Management & Performance Dashboards). Ensure data completeness and integrity within the tool in collaboration with PMO, Business Technology and others as needed.
- **Stakeholder Management**:build strong relationships with key local and regional partners, including regional Tender Excellence team (PMO), local tender experts, Business Technology, others.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Subject Matter Expert for iTender and iTender Analytics across the region. Ensure timely best practice sharing for these tools. Provide input as Subject Matter Expert to PMO on user access/inventory. Provide Subject Matter Expertise input to Budget (TEx-BT jointly owned).
Provide input for stakeholder reporting (SteerCos, ).
- **Training and Support**:Provide Subject Matter Expertise input to PMO for end-user documentation and onboarding material, arrange and conduct training, demos for partners. Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on the effective use of the tool to enhance its value. Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and support, work with PMO and Business Technology to resolve any technical issues or user queries in a timely manner.

- Master's Degree preferred (preferably Business/Economics/Finance, Mathematics, Engineering)
**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Tender Management, Finance, or other Commercial function in Pharma
- Experience in a Business Technology driven environment
- Strong project management skills
**Preferred**:
- Experience in an operating company and regional function is an advantage
**Other**:
- Permanent role with 100% time allocation. **Paygrade**:30.
- **Location**:Europe. Beerse or Diegem (BE) preferred.
